Abdominal : Abdominal pain and low grade fever in a young child is worrisome and definitelty warrants a medical evaluation. Intestinal obstruction is possible, but more likely appendicitis, or intestinal infection(viral or bacterial). By the date of this post a week has passed. I hope your son has been evaluated by now and feels better. Take care and happy holidays.
