First remove stuff: washing out the remainder gradually. then... dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. INfection, second degree burns, etc need specific treatment. Scrapes/mild irritation just maybe a bit of neosporin. Allergic reaction a bit of steroids. and cant say which it is, but allergic would be itchy and scrapes r identifiable; infection may have pus, warmth/red etc.
