Most : Most scars heal fully in 6-8 weeks. Wearing high heels tends to raise your heels, tilting your pelvis, and tending to stretch your abdomen. I would think that you could start wearing your high heels again. You might want to build up your time wearing them - starting at an hour and gradually moving up. Best wishes.

High heels: Good for you, but i'd recommend until you're stable enough to walk without assistance. If your incision has healed, and your surgeon gives you the "okay" to return to normal activities, then by all means, get your heels on.
