Are there any good home remedies for a shy child to feel more confident?

No: You can't build confidence with medicines, herbs, or remedies. It just doesn't work that way. The way to build confidence is by providing gentle support while helping your child to succeed in a variety of situations and settings. Don't push too hard, just help her to build slowly, one step at a time, and help her through the occasional failure and setback.

Patience and exposur: Not really, but children who are exposed to more activities and more situations to boost self esteem have more opportunities to boost self esteem and conquer shyness. Shyness is a personality trait that is not really changed, but modified. Try having your child pick one or two activities done with other kids that they are interested in. Sports can lead to achieve success and building confidence.
