Your : Your right flank pain does not fit in with the side effect profile of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) (see link to website below). You should see your doctor to discuss your pain - i don't want you to just assume it's the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) when it could be something more serious such as a kidney stone.

None: I have not seen problems with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and internal organs. You could be passing a stone or have problems with ovaries. Should see your md and have this check out. Better save then sorry! watch out for sodas this could cause a stone formation. Keep well hydrated, water.
