What is the sound i hear in calf, sounds kind of crackly.. was in car accident 1 week ago bruised, but i can walk on it? is also numb in this small area about 1 1/2", inside calf on left leg, slight pain sometimes, is not swollen

There : There may be blood or air under the skin or near the bruised area. This could be making a sound when you walk or move around. The numbness is probably due to nerve damage/inflammation.
