Breast : Breast tenderness usually occurs around the time of ovulation and right before your period starts. Other causes are cysts in the breasts, which are made worse by high amounts of caffeine intake. A diet high in fat has also been linked to breast tenderness. If your symptoms have not resolved i suggest you visit your doctor for an evaluation. Good luck.

Irregular ovualtion,: from polycystic ovarian snydrome/insulin resistance. Or other causes. An exam, testing, and review of your meds /history, can be helpful.
