Toe : Toe numbness can be caused by multiple issues. These include: diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by high sugar levels in the blood) vitamin B12 deficiency drug induced neuropathy (tpically anticancer and HIV drugs) tarsal tunnel syndrome (compression posterior tibial nerve) circulation problems i recommend you see your doctor right away for evaluation and treatment. Good luck.

Two separate problem: Poor circulation should always be followed up by a vasc doctor. There are many reasons for possible neuropathy including but not limited to system disease, nerve compression, vitamin deficiency, side effects of medications or medical treatments.
