May be irritation: "gastritis" or irritation of the stomach can cause loud noises. Try an acid blocker like prilosec. Overgrowth of "bad" bacteria can also cause this. Try eating yogurt twice a day, or get a prescription for Flagyl 500 mg 3 times a day for 10 days from your doctor. Good health!
