Gas and acid reflux: These symptoms seem related to stomach and intestinal gas with acid reflux. You may also be relatively constipated. I recommend adding much more fiber to your diet, like high fiber cereal, oatmeal, apple, pear, celery and avoiding banana and greasy meat and pasta and sauce. Eat smaller amounts. Drink 2-3 liters of fluid per day in small sips. Do not gulp. Take simethicone.
