The : The half-life of Levaquin (levofloxacin) is 6-8 hours provided you have normal kidneys - this means that 6-8 hours after a dose, your blood level of the drug is half of what it was at the highest level after the dose. We also know that breast milk levels coincide with blood levels of the drug. After 2 days since your last dose, you should be completely fine to begin breast feeding again. If you have any specific questions or concerns, you should call the doctor who prescribed the medication.

Yes: The half life of Levaquin (levofloxacin) is 6-8 hours in persons with normal kidney function. A drug is considered eliminated 5 half lives after the last dose. Your Levaquin (levofloxacin) should be totally eliminated 40 hours after the last dose you took. Recommend you wait 1 more day then you can restart breast feeding.
