There : There is a possibility that this may happen to you again. If this is the case you can try a children's chewable viatmin or even a gummy vitamin. In addition you should take Folic Acid as well. Also eat a healthy balanced diet with additional calcium (yogurt, milk, etc). Your doctor will be able to guide you through this. Best of luck.
