Can prenatal vitamins help me to finally get pregnant? i'm only 22 and be 23 in may so i been trying for a while. i have been off birth control since 06/2019 . im 116lbs ,5ft. no problems with my reproductive system. will prenatal vitamins help me?

Are just vitamins: Prenatal vitamins are just vitamins. If a woman is in good health with good nutrition, the added vitamins from prenatal vitamins are not noticeable to her body. The vitamins don't help a person get pregnant. The Folic Acid in the prenatal vitamins does help decrease the chance of a certain type of birth defect.
