These : These may be small floater spots associated with the breaking up of the vitreous gel in the back of your eye. A dilated eye exam by an ophthalmologist should detect this easily and should be of no consequence.

An : An abrupt increase in the number of spots in your vision may be nothing more than a change happening to the gel in your eye or may be the sign of a more serious problem such as a retinal detachment or a hemorrhage in the eye. I urge you to seek a dilated examination by an ophthalmologist soon.
