This : This is considered an urgent matter and needs to be evaluated by a medical professional right away. Shortness of breath can be due to many things. The most concerning are asthma, heart failure, heart attack, severe allergic reaction etc.. Muscle weakness also has many causes, that may or may not be related. Regardless please schedule a visit with your primary care provider right away. Good luck.
