You : You don't mention your age . In any case, the memory problems you mention may be related to normal aging, but not remembering how to get home is a little more serious. I think that you should get a good evaluation of your condition soon. There are a number of conditions that should be ruledd out and the sooner the better. I'm sorry i can't be more helpful.

Get checked: It would be good to get a full check up. This may include neuropsychiatric testing, in which your brain function and memory can be assessed.
