Yes, but ...: Cramping and lower back pain are common after cyst rupture; bloating is not that common unless there is fluid in the peritoneal cavity.. My question: How do you know you had a cyst rupture? Have you had similar pain before, subsequently proven to cyst ruptures? Hopefully, your next week's sonogram will be revealing.
