Yes, : Yes, you most likely can still get pregnant. Patient's who have had chlamydia are at higher risk for scarring in the tubes and for tubal pregnancies, so you will have to be seen if you develop abdominal pain or spotting if you become pregnant. If you have had the leep procedure, you will need to be carefully monitored when you are pregnant.
