The : The bottom line is you can't make someone go to the hospital if they refuse to go, period. If he gets bad enough then he will change his mind. There are over the counter medications like dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or pepto-bismol that may help. However in my opinion a medical exam is in order. By the date of this post, i'm sure he has either seen a doctor or is better by now. Please submit another question if you have further concerns.

Doesn't matter : If you don't have insurance, you still can go to any ER in any hospital or call the ambulance, people go to ER /call ambulances for less serious problems than you described, and you don't need to have insurance to be treated. I totally agree as well with what Dr Jackson wrote, good luck
