The : The short answer here is to be evaluated by your doctor. Diabetes needs to be ruled out. A simple test can be done in order to make the diagnosis. If diabetes is not the cause, then your doctor will take a detailed history , perform a physical, and hopefully come up with a reason why you are having this symptom. Good luck.

See your doctor: Constant sweet taste in the mouth can be an indication of a disease such as diabetes or even bud taste impairment. heartburn also known as gastroesophagal acid reflex ( GERD) can be a reason too. You need to call your physician to determine the exact cause and get treated.
