I have these dry patches or spots on my arms and i want to know if it is normal? how can i treat it? patches/spots are a white color. white dots in the middle of it. (small dots)

It : It would be helpful to know if they are itchy or painful? How long have they been present? You could be dealing with a dermatitis from certain lotions or detergents, and even eczema can present this way. There are also fungal infections that can cause patches/spots similar to what you described. The treatment for a fungus versus a dermatitis or eczema is different, therefore i would recommend a visit with your primary care provider in order to get a diagnosis so appropriate treatment can be started.
