See a dermatologist: Xanthogranulomas are benign, usually asymptomatic, self-healing, red, yellow, or brown papules or nodules. Most common in younger patients, but adults too. There are some medications used to treat this disorder and a dermatologist will help you to understand and feel relief. Good luck!
