Valve : Valve problems often cause congestive heart failure and fluid collectin in and around lungs. An echocardiogram will ususlly provide the answer. Fluid around the heart heart can produce excessive pressure on the heart and can have serious consequences. Again an echocardiogram will diagnose the problem.
