The : The pain in your nipple and neck may or may not be related. It could be something called referred pain, or even nerve pain. It is difficult to say. If the pain has not resolved i would recommend you see a medical professional. Nipple pain can mean there is an underlying infection, a benign tumors, rare form of cancer called paget's disease, trauma, and soreness from exercise or manipulation during sex, to ease the pain you can try warm compresses and a anti-inflammatory medication like advil or ibuprofen. Like i stated, if the pain persists see your doctor.

Nipple pain: If the nipple shows no sign of inflammation/irritation,redness or cracks and, especially if there is some breast tenderness, congestion or cystic conditions may be the cause. Sharp neck pains would not be related and these may be from a pinched nerve. See your physician or gynecologist for a breast exam if symptoms persist.
