Anytime : Anytime you have unprotected sex, you can be at risk for pregnancy. During foreplay, or when a man is aroused a substance called pre-ejaculation fluid is excreted by the penis to promote lubrication, and this fluid can contain sperm. If this fluid comes in contact with the vagina, sperm can be introduced and there is a chance you can get pregnant. The pregnancy hormone can be detected in the urine 14 days after conception (sperm meets egg).If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test. In the meantime, you can talk to your doctor about birth control options.

Yes: The chances of pregnancy are unlikely, but still quite possible. Any act of unprotected sexual intercourse carries risk. It is important to keep in mind that sperm are present in the pre-ejaculate. I would recommend taking a pregnancy test immediately and repeating one in one week.
