Not : Not having your period for five months is very concerning. You should re-take a pregnancy test, but if you still aren't sure then you could have a blood pregnancy test at your doctor's office. You need to have a complete gynecological examination because of not having your period for so long.

Get eval: This is not normal. Your doctor should evaluate to determine the reason. The movement you feel may be liquids and gasses moving in your intestines.
