Is it possible to be pregnant and have a period? test says negative but when i press on my stomach i feel like there is something in there moving.

Not really: Will not get a normal menstrual cycle with pregnancy. However you can get vaginal bleeding and be pregnant. However by time you are far enough along to feel movement then a pregnancy test would be positive. Intestines, bladder spasms.....can give senstion of movement. Recommend evaluation and exam by gynecologist
