Not recommended.: This procedure uses a barbed thread that is placed in the sub cutaneous (under the skin) plane to to pull the skin. The problem is that pulling skin will not correct that situation because the problem is with the under lying muscle-fibrous layer of the neck and face. It will create un-nateral pulling, and will not last because the skin stretches.
