Nothing Known: There is no known medical, dietary, or behavioral modification to prevent chilhood bruxism or teeth grinding. There are orthodontic devices that may work. See your dentist.

Bruxism Cure?: Some non-medicinal ways to care for bruxism would include: sleeping a full nights sleep (and sleeping well), balanced nutrition, clear nose and throat so the air/oxygen moves freely. In addition, whenever you think about your teeth, try to let them separate and let your jaws relax.
