There : There are muscles under our breasts (the pectoralis muscle), that can twinge. That is one possibility. If you notice any swelling or mass then please be medically evaluated and be sure your mammograms are up to date if you are the age to get them.

Breast "twinge": It may be a muscle spasm if on the side of chest where favored arm ( right or left handedness) is. If over 35 or significant family history of breast disease, ask your physician for a referral for mammography to allay your concerns.
