The pain is likely: The chest wall and not the breast. The fact that it resolves spontaneously and returns further suggests that it is musculosleletal and not related to the lungs or pleura. If you have any associated symptoms such as shortness of breath, new cough, palpitations or fainting/near fainting then by all means be immediately evaluated by an ed physician. Otherwise just another of life's aches and pains.
