Yes: You can use them together, and many people being treated with Suboxone also abuse cocaine. There are no drug interactions that make this particularly more dangerous than just the cocaine. However, if you are on Suboxone for treatment of opioid dependency, you also need counseling, both group and individual, for supports. If you are using cocaine, you are not getting all the help you need.
