Tubal : Tubal ligation (tubes tied) is not 100%, so pregnancy is still possible though very, very rare. If you think there is any chance then you should have a pregnancy test. If you have pain, continued bleeding, fever or vomiting then you should be seen as an emergency.

Needs exam: This is a complicated question to answer as it needs an examination. A pregnancy test is a start, followed by a GYN MD exam. Fallopian tube ligation's can and do fail.
