I : I am not quite sure if i understand your question, but i will try to answer it as best as i can. If you had a period then took a pregnancy test and the result was negative, then you can be fairly confident that you are not pregnant. However if the period was light and you are concerned you may be pregnant you can repeat a home pregnancy test again. If it is negative, then again you are probably not pregnant. It may be a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss these concerns, and give a more detailed history; your doctor may want to perform a blood test, or may opt to wait and see if you get your period when it's due next.
