You : You should see a doctor for an examination especially if you have noticed bleeding after intercourse on multiple occasions. This is called "postcoital bleeding" and can be a sign of cervical cancer. If caught early this kind of cancer is highly curable.

Get examined: This is a problem that requires a GYN MD exam, as there may be tears or injuries to the genitals causing the bleeding. Moreover, an absence of regular monthly periods in a 26 yr. old woman is abnormal requiring investigation as to cause. See a GYN MD soon.
