What is this? i have two round balls growing inside towards the side of my neck one ball is bigger then the other you can't see it only feel it when you touch it and it doesn't hurt do i need to remove it ? is it a tumor ?

Your : Your description is a bit confusing. Not sure what you mean ×´inside towards the side of youe neck×´ the possibilities of what this balls mean is very broad. You need to see an ear nose and throat dr. So he can examine you. I would do it sooner than later. Michel siegel, md.

Without : Without an examination it isn't possible to say what should be done about the masses you feel. It may just be normal lymph nodes (they can be different sizes) or salivary glands. You should have an examination to get a better assessment.
