Absolutely, but...: Looking natural depends on the eye of the beholder. Breast implants are just like fashion accessories, most women pick what looks good on them! a natural feel depends on the a) size of the implant; b) silicone gel or saline; c) your own breast volume. The smaller the implant and the larger your own breast, the more natural the look and feel. Also, in general silicone gel is softer than saline.

Feel after aug: Your breast may look and feel natural after breast augmenation but it depends on a number of factors: amount of breast tissue, amount of fat, placement of implant, type of implant and what looks and feels natural to you. Your surgeon should discuss all of these with you and make the best decision for you.

Sometimes, and no: From a primary care doctor's perspective: breast implants sometimes look natural, depending on the size and shape of the woman's body, the amount of body fat she has, and the size of the implants. Implants sometimes look natural when standing up but not when lying down or in other positions. Natural breasts have a unique texture, shape, and resilience. Implants do not feel like natural breasts.

Hopefully: My goal is to perform breast augmentations that do appear and feel natural. Some plastic surgeons treat women who prefer their breasts to be quite large and somewhat unnatural in appearance and feel. Relatively small breasts with relatively large implants is a combination with a high likelihood of resulting in an unnatural look and feel.

Yes: The challenge for the surgeon is to make sure that any enhancement does not look like you have had surgery. Most patients want to look and feel natural. Another recommendation is to discuss your concerns with someone who has had the surgery, like a trusted friend. You will be able to find out what implants look and feel like.

Natural Augmentation: Ideally the results of a breast enlargement procedure should be difficult to determine that anything had been done. The results should be soft and natural in appearancve and feel. Unfortunately there is always the possibility of scar tissue interferinmg with the results which is one reason that you shouyld follow all the post op instructions from your doctor.

If Fat is used: Breast augmentation by fat transfer - lipotransfer will give a soft, natural outcome without the long term effects of breast implants. In addition, small changes to breast shape and cleavage are possible with fat transfer that are not possible with breast implants.

Natural breast aug: The look and feel of breast augmentation depend on several factors including preexsiting breast size, breast tissue, skin envelope, under/over location of implants, silicone versus saline, implant volume, capsule quality, etc. Fat transfers can achieve very natural appearing and feeling breast.

Breast Aug Feel: If you are concerned about your breast implants feeling natural, the best way for you to go is with silicone implants. They have a much more natural feel than saline implants. The 'look' of the implant is a function of implant profile, implant size, incision location, and your baseline chest size and shape. Dr. Ricardo rodriguez baltimore, maryland.

Not necessarily: This depends on several factors including pre-existing anatomy and size as well as technique. Silicone tends to be a more natural feeling breast implant when compared to saline. Fat grafting may create the most natural feeling breast.

Natural breasts: Most women are very happy with their breast augmentation surgery. If implants are selected carefully, the results can be very natural. If you are thin and have little breast tissue, it is likely that you will be able to feel the implants in some areas.
