what's the best way to deal w/ copd? i did a lot of reasearch but one can never reach a perfect answer. is lung transplant really the only solution?

Smoking : Smoking cessation decreases the rate of disease profession. Pulmonary rehabilitation improves exercise tolerance. Oxygen if needed increases survival. Specific medications and vaccinations can decrease the frequency of COPD exacerbations.
