Yes, : Yes, take him to the er to get him assessed. It is better to be safe than sorry especially since brain trauma can progress slowly. If a televsion his your baby in the head, it is prudent to take him in to be seen.

YES/Dr Office: TVs are large and heavy, and your toddler is not. He could have an internal injury and should be seen by his doctor. This does not need to be an ER visit as he is acting ok.
