Get evaluated. : There are many causes of scrotal or testicular swelling. See your physician for an evaluation. If the cause is due to infection, testing and treatment with antibiotics is the required. If it is due to fluid accumulation such as a hydrocele, scrotal elevation with a towel at night, and a physician exam should be performed. Keep an eye and note any changes in size.
