Not recommended: This medication can cause problems in babies both before delivery and if you are breastfeeding. It can interfere with the babies normal heart pacing and lead to a too small baby. If you are taking this medication, talk to your doctor before you get pregnant. If you are already pregnant, call your doctor to discuss but don't come off until they say so.

See below: According to lactmed which is a database from the national institutes of health there is no data available on the safety of nebivolol if taken during breastfeeding (lactation). There are other options (similar drugs). For pregnancy it is category c which means not recommended under normal circumstances.
