It : It sounds like you are having irregular cycles. Urine pregnancy tests aren't perfect but they are very sensitive. To be sure you can have a quantitative HCG blood test performed. Also, you may need an ultrasound to evaluate your uterus and ovaries in light of the bloating sensation and spotting.
