You : You could have anovulation, a polyp or growth in the uterus or cervic, or perhaps uterine fibroids. A starting point in the evaluation is often an ultrasound that will demonstrate the polyps or fibroids, perhaps a follicular ovarian cyst or polycystic ovaries.
