See below: Keflex is listed as b category in preganancy ie no animal data showing toxicity, however no controlled studies in humans, medications are taken during pregnancy with the understanding that the benefits outweigh risks. If the medical condition itself can cause harm, then the treatment risks need to be weighed.Your doctor can advise you further and also give you lenght of therapy.
