The : The first thing you can do is stop having sex for a week or so and give your penis a chance to heal! i would definitely say no to the anti-itch cream. Vaseline is wonderful at relieving the irritation and chaffing from this type of injury. Also a&d ointment (found in the baby aisle) will provide great relief and healing. Lastly, i suggest you use a lubricant and/or lubricated condoms while having sex. A dry vagina, anus or condom can cause extensive chapping and irritation, and anything you can do to prevent that would be helpful. Good luck.

See dermatologist: could be just an irritant contact dermatitis, but may also be infection. would see your doc to be evaluated. also suggest you take a break from sex and give the skin a chance to heal. lubricants may help in the future.
