Your : Your description sounds like a fugue state which can represent an aura to a seizure. You should have a neurologic evaluation and see if the neurologist agrees that an eeg is in order.

Depersonalization: Psychiatrically you are in a state of depersonalization. However, given your other symptoms i would recommend that you see a neurologist first and then if they cannot find anything see a psychiatrist or psychologist that specializes in depersonalization disorders.
