Relaxation technique: Lots of women have bizarre nightmares during pregnancy. There is nothing specific you can do that is guaranteed to get rid of them. If you're taking any medications that are active on the brain, talk to your doctor about stopping them. Regular exercise, prayer, meditation or yoga may also help decrease the stress hormones that might make these worse.
