How far along am i? today i had my first ultrasound and my doctor said that my gestational sac is measuring 5 weeks 0 days. does this mean that i'm 7 weeks pregnant or 5 weeks pregnant?

You : You concieve 2 weeks before the baby starts developing. While you have been pregnant for 7 weeks, the gestationa sac is at 5 weeks. Having said that, the average pregnancy term is 40 weeks, so the baby is born at 38 weeks.
