See a doctor: There are many causes for difficulty maintaining erections. He should have a general medical evaluation to screen for heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and low testosterone. If everything checks out ok, the medications such as cialis, Levitra (vardenafil) and viagra can help.

Manual stimulation: If manual stimulation is not working, a MD can offer medications that can improve blood flow to the penis and help maintain an erection if there are no other medical causes for the same. Have your boyfriend seek care with a MD (sexual health MD) who can screen for all causes including depression.
