ED: Sounds like he has a variant of Erectile dysfunction (ED). ED is common and is nothing to be ashamed of. Have him see the Doctor to discuss, evaluate and treat. I doubt the thickness of his sperm has anything to do with maintaining an erection. Best wishes.
